Pastilla (sometimes called bastilla) is a type of Moroccan pie. We use plant-based chicken(HEURA) as the main plant-based meat filling, almonds and caramelised onions.The filling is wrapped in crispy pastry. The dish is a mix of sweet and savoury with warm notes coming from cinnamon and sweetness from icing sugar.
